Supervision

I come from a Caribbean home, where food is our medicine. Our herbs have these beautiful medicinal properties, and somewhere along the way that got loss for me. Part of my healing was returning back home, not just to my home body but my home medicines. It’s been a beautiful journey learning how to make bush teas, studying the kingship of my plant relatives & dropping lions mane in my morning brew! From there I began to explore psychedelic psychotherapy and the potential this space has to overlap both plants and therapeutic modalities. My focus is on bringing awareness to the potential power of these medicines in therapy spaces and research! Read this disclaimer regarding the current status of psychedelics in Canada.

As an uninvited by grateful guest on the land I occupy my relationship with plant medicine is in conjunction with the land back movements in Canada. To work with these plants; we have a duty to honour, protect and recognize the original caretakers.
